A great mix featuring the biggest microgreen (if we’re not contradicting ourselves): fava. Fava’s larger leaves have a mild, buttery-nutty taste, which goes great with the lemon flavour of buckwheat and the sweetness of pea shoots.

We’d love to offer this customer favourite year round, but sunflowers grow best in the summer so this mix takes a winter holiday. Sunflower shoots are one of the most nutritious greens you can eat and the radish shoots add a spicy punch (but not too spicy!)
